●We repair pottery products by gold, silver, tin, brass, and lacquer.
● We mainly focus on bowls, but we also fix other objects like figurines and toys.
→ Tadakura also repair ceramic, wood, plastic, and lacquer products.
→Glass products and metal products are not available.
→If you have any questions about materials, please contact us.
● The goal is to "recover for the original condition," but please note that some undulation may occur depending on the situation. Tadakura will talk about these issues with the client.
●We use real Urushi lacquer. If you are sensitive to Urushi lacquer, please contact us in advance.
●The guarantee will cover the repair for three years after it is finished (A guarantee card will be enclosed when Tadakura return the product).
Price：
Prices are based on the following 【Price Standards】.
Prices will be adjusted based on the situation, conditions, and requests, as confirmed by a quote.
◆ The main points to consider are the "total length of repairs", "the presence or absence of parts" (i.e., lack of chips), and "the request for the use of materials" (e.g., gold powder).
【Price Standards】 (Example of 5,000 JPY equivalent)
・Repair Spot: Total length* 100mm or less + lack of chips (needed to supplement)
*Total length: This term refers to the entire length of the line that requires repair. When measuring the total length of a vessel, it is essential to consider both the inside and outside lengths to ensure precision.
・Estimated price includes the following.

・Joining material: Gold No. 1 powder and use of genuine Urushi lacquer.

【Note for Shipping】
・Please carefully wrap items for repair in bubble wrap or similar padding and place them in a box of similar size (cardboard boxes are acceptable). For added security, place this box inside a larger cardboard box before shipping.

・Material Costs: The total amount of the actual expense of the materials and consumables for production is based on the size or type of materials.
・Production Costs: [3000JPY/ 1 hour] ×[Total Time of the Production]

Confirmed according to the order contents. The target is approximately one month to one year.
Remark Column：
If you're insuring transportation as a work of art (KANSHITSU premium), you may need separate insurance. For shipments within the country, insurance is only available for premium products. For international shipments, insurance will be applied according to the purchase price. Customers are responsible for these costs. We appreciate your cooperation.
Guarantee for Three Years
Tadakura's artworks are guaranteed to be repaired for three years. However, this does not include shipping costs. However, it is available if it can be fixed.
